Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Tee Lounge facility, website, and booking system. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings & Access

Sessions are self-serve and available 24/7. Bookings may be made up to 90 days in advance.
Sessions are booked in whole-hour blocks (1 to 6 hours). A cleanup buffer applies between sessions.
You must verify your mobile phone number to complete a booking. Your door access code will be provided for your reserved time only.
Access codes are for your use and your party only. Do not share your code or allow unauthorized entry.

Pricing, Payment & Non-Cash Adjustment

The session price is based on your party size and the duration you select, and is displayed before checkout. Larger parties are subject to a higher hourly rate and a minimum session length, both shown before you book.
Applicable sales tax and a non-cash adjustment (a surcharge applied to card payments) are added to your total and shown before you pay.
Payment is processed at the time of booking through Authorize.Net. By booking, you authorize us to charge your card for the displayed total.

Security Deposit

At the time of booking, we place a refundable authorization hold on your card as a security deposit (the amount is shown at checkout). An authorization hold reserves funds but is not an actual charge. If your session ends without damage, excessive cleaning, or violation of these Terms or our House Rules, the hold is released. Authorization holds typically expire within a few days depending on your card issuer. If we discover damage or a violation, we may capture some or all of the deposit, and/or charge your saved payment method for the actual cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, or other documented damages, up to the full amount permitted by law. The deposit will also be forfeited in full if more people arrive for your session than the party size you reserved and paid for. We will provide documentation of any such charge upon request.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.

House Rules & Conditions of Use

Adults Only, No Minors. The Tee Lounge is an adults-only facility. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the premises at any time, including during your reserved session. The guest who books the reservation is responsible for ensuring all members of their group are 18 or older.
No Animals. No animals or pets of any kind are permitted inside The Tee Lounge. This applies to all guests in your party without exception.
Party Size Must Match Your Reservation. Pricing is based on the number of people you reserve for. The number of guests in your party may not exceed the party size selected at checkout. If more people arrive than the reservation was booked for, your security deposit will be forfeited in full and your session may be ended without refund.
Leave It As You Found It. You are responsible for leaving the bay in the same condition you found it. This includes:
- Disposing of all trash in the provided receptacles
- Returning clubs, equipment, and furniture to their original positions
- Wiping down surfaces if food or beverages are consumed
- Reporting any damage to equipment or property immediately
Security Deposit & Condition Complaints. A security deposit is collected at the time of booking. If the group following your session reports the bay was left in an unacceptable condition, including excessive mess, damage, or missing items, your security deposit will be forfeited in full. The determination of an unacceptable condition is at the sole discretion of The Tee Lounge management.
Respect the Equipment. The golf simulator and all associated equipment represent a significant investment. Intentional misuse, vandalism, or damage to any equipment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may result in additional charges and/or legal action.
No Smoking Inside the Facility. Smoking, cigars, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside The Tee Lounge. The only permitted smoking area is outside the building. Guests who smoke inside the facility will forfeit their security deposit immediately and may be asked to vacate without refund.
Noise & Conduct. Please be respectful of neighboring businesses and other guests. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or conduct that disturbs others may result in termination of your session without refund.
Liability Waiver. By booking, you acknowledge that golf simulator use involves physical activity and accept full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests. The Tee Lounge, its owners, and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during your session.
Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount.
Video Surveillance. The Tee Lounge is equipped with security cameras throughout the facility. Your entire session is recorded on video. By booking, you consent to being filmed during your session. Footage is used for security purposes, damage assessment, and dispute resolution. Recorded footage may be reviewed in the event of a condition complaint, damage claim, or policy violation.
Access Code. Your access code is valid only during your reserved session window. Do not share your code with anyone outside your party. Unauthorized use of your code is a violation of this agreement.

Guest Acknowledgment

By completing your reservation, you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older
All members of your party are 18 years of age or older
You have read, understood, and agree to all House Rules above
The number of people in your party will not exceed the party size you reserved and paid for
You understand that your security deposit may be forfeited if the bay is left in an unacceptable condition or if more people arrive than you reserved for
You accept the liability waiver and cancellation policy
You understand that the facility is under continuous video surveillance and your entire session is recorded

Text Messaging

By opting in to SMS, you consent to receive account- and booking-related text messages from The Tee Lounge at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the facility or booking system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
