Bring the group and split a bay, and a foursome pays less greens fees than at a real course. No cart fees, no group pushing you, no weather delays. Just rain-or-shine, day-or-night golf whenever it suits you.

The bigger your group, the less each person pays, well below a round at most courses, with unlimited swings and no group rushing you to the next tee.
Sessions run up to 6 hours. A refundable $150 security deposit is held at booking and released after your session, as long as the bay is left in good shape and you were honest about your party size.

Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. The Tee Lounge is fully self-serve. As long as you have a reservation, your access code lets you in during your reserved window, day or night.
How do I get into the building?
After you book, we text a private access code to your phone. It unlocks the entrance only during your reserved time window, so there's no key to pick up and no one to check in with. Please don't share your code; it's tied to your reservation.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. The Tee Lounge is an adults-only facility. Everyone in your party must be 18 or older, and the person who books is responsible for the whole group.
What simulator do you use?
We run a premium IDRA II golf simulator paired with GSPro software, with hundreds of realistic courses with true-to-life ball flight.
Do I need my own clubs?
You're welcome to bring your own clubs or use the clubs we provide.
How many people can share a bay?
Up to 6 players can share a bay. Pricing is based on your party size, and bringing a bigger group brings the per-person cost way down, a lot cheaper than a round at a real course, and you take turns hitting without any tee-time pressure.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your reservation get a full refund. Within 24 hours they're non-refundable, and no-shows forfeit the full booking amount.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable $150 security deposit is held on your card at booking. As long as you leave the bay in the condition you found it, and no more people show up than you reserved for, your deposit is released. See our House Rules below for details.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no animals or pets of any kind are permitted inside the facility.
Is the facility monitored?
Yes. For security, the entire facility is under continuous video surveillance and every session is recorded. Booking implies your consent to being filmed during your session.

House Rules
Since we're self-serve, keeping the lounge great depends on every guest. A few simple things keep the bays in top shape.
Book a Tee Time- Adults only. No one under 18 is permitted on the premises at any time. The booking guest is responsible for their whole party.
- No animals. No pets of any kind are allowed inside, without exception.
- Leave it as you found it. Dispose of all trash, return clubs, equipment, and furniture to their spots, and wipe down surfaces if you eat or drink.
- Security deposit. A refundable $150 deposit is held at booking. It's forfeited in full if the next group reports the bay left in an unacceptable condition, or if more people arrive than you reserved and paid for.
- Respect the equipment. Intentional misuse, vandalism, or damage forfeits your deposit and may result in additional charges or legal action.
- No smoking inside. Smoking, cigars, and vaping are only permitted outside the building. Smoking inside forfeits your deposit immediately.
- Noise & conduct. Be respectful of neighboring businesses and guests. Disruptive behavior may end your session without refund.
- Liability. Simulator use is physical activity; you accept responsibility for the safety of yourself and your guests.
- Cancellations. Full refund more than 24 hours out; non-refundable within 24 hours; no-shows forfeit the full amount.
- Video surveillance. The facility is monitored and every session is recorded. Booking implies consent to being filmed.
- Access code. Your code is valid only during your reserved window and must not be shared outside your party.
